“In August this year we were contacted by Ben Doyle, Snr sales rep with Corecom. We were impressed by his approach, and in fairness, on checking it out the product sold itself. This was swiftly brought to a head when our old system crashed after a power outage at the surgery. I contacted Ben and within a day he was back to us with a quote and an installation date. We had a full day installation, and the onsite Engineer was extremely helpful and patient. He spent a lot of time going through our various telephone hold and out of hours messages. He was available for further questions we needed answered in the following days. We only need our fixed line rental, 1 landline and broadband. All the staff and GP’s can be on a call at all times which, as you can appreciate, is imperative during this pandemic. The after sales service has been great and I can still contact Ben if the need arises. We are very happy with our change and our choice in Core Communications.”
